SPECIALTY COFFEES

Coffee with origin,
identity and tradition.

From the mountains of Rodríguez de Mendoza, our producer families cultivate coffees that express the character of Amazonas, combining tradition, knowledge, and quality.

OUR TRADITION
01

A living
coffee-growing tradition.

Coffee cultivation is part of the productive and cultural identity of the province of Rodríguez de Mendoza. For generations, farming families have passed down knowledge and practices related to crop management, harvesting, and coffee processing.

This tradition has helped establish a coffee culture based on family work, respect for the natural environment, and the constant pursuit of quality.

APRYSA strengthens the region's coffee-growing heritage through training for its members, the adoption of good agricultural practices, and the promotion of specialty coffees.

04 · TRACEABILITY

We know the journey
of our coffee.

At APRYSA, we know the journey of our coffee from its origin. Traceability allows us to identify every stage of the process, from the plot where it is produced to its processing and commercialization.

This system allows us to maintain greater control over our processes, ensure coffee consistency, and provide clear information about its origin.
